Tuesday Tea: Spring Break Edition

I am happily writing this Tuesday Tea from Chicago, and even though I have a bit of a cold and an earache, I am so glad to be here. Six weeks of being apart from David is far too long of a time.

I'll have a whole post devoted to Spring Break, of course. Chicago, as always, has been living up to its culinary name.

Here's some of the tastebud winners;

- Fish tacos from the Brewston Beer Company
- Homemade Thai-style coconut chicken
- Italian beef from Portillo's
- Smoked gouda macaroni and cheese with bacon from The Kerryman

Yes, that is the name of the restaurant. It's fate.

On the menu for tonight: jalapeƱo popper chicken soup chez David's kitchen.
